The Internal Bar Strength (IBS) Watchlist is a spreadsheet designed to help you monitor the IBS of multiple stocks and take appropriate action.

The IBS is a mean-reverting indicator that oscillates from zero to one and measures the relative position of the closing price relative to the High and Low.

A low IBS value is supposed to be bullish, and a high value is bearish (for the short term).

The IBS Watchlist allows you to track the IBS of multiple stocks in real time and take appropriate action based on the IBS value.

For example, if the IBS value is low, you may consider buying the stock, while if the IBS value is high, you may consider selling the stock.

The IBS Watchlist also provides a historical view of the IBS value for each stock, allowing you to identify trends and patterns over time.

The IBS value for a particular day can be calculated using the following formula:

IBS = (Close-Low)/(High-Low)

Here, Close is the stock's closing price, Low is the day's lowest price, and High is the highest.

Please note that only the cells highlighted in yellow can be edited. Editing other cells may cause the spreadsheet to malfunction.
